Can I change plans later?
Anytime, prorated. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades at the next cycle. Moving from Solo to Standard costs the difference in price and nothing else — we don't charge setup fees at all, on any plan, at any point.
We have two locations but fewer than 75 cases a year. Which plan?
Standard, at $249. Locations set the tier as much as volume does: Solo covers one location, Standard covers up to three. A firm with two locations and forty cases a year is on Standard for the second location, not for the case count.
Are there other fees — migration, users, documents, signatures, support?
None of them. Migration is free and we do it for you. Users are unlimited on every plan. Nothing is billed per case, per document or per signature. Support is included, and it is a person rather than a ticket queue. The monthly price on this page is the whole bill.
Is migration really free?
Yes. Cases, contacts and price lists from SRS, Frazer, Osiris, Passare or spreadsheets — done by us, usually within a week.
What happens after the trial?
You pick a plan and enter your card — or you don't, and your workspace closes. We'll export your data either way if you ask.
If we cancel, can we take everything with us?
Everything: cases, documents, contacts, price lists. One click in your settings builds a single archive — your files under their real names, the records as CSV for a spreadsheet and as JSON for whoever comes next, and an index page that opens in any browser. Nothing to request, nothing to pay, no waiting on us.
